How it Works?
All it takes is 3 easy steps:
1. Introduce your lead by filling up the referral form above. You will be notified within 3 working days if the lead is qualified as a valid opportunity.
2. Wait for the qualified lead to sign up for WeManage Procurement. The lead will be registered under your referral and is valid for 12 months.
3. Get rewarded with referral fees worth up to 10% of their subscription value, with no maximum cap.
And even if your qualified lead doesn’t result in a sale, you’ll still be entered into our annual referral lucky draw for another chance to win a prize. Each company you refer entitles you to one entry, so the more you refer, the higher your chances of winning.

How Much Can You Earn?

V-Work doesn’t place a maximum limit on the amount of referral fees you can earn. If your qualified lead signs up within 12 months of your referral, you will be entitled to a 5-10% referral fee.

Terms and Conditions

Qualification
1. A qualified lead is defined as a unique business entity (organization with contact details) that is successfully submitted via the official referral web form and must be validated by a representative from V-Work Sdn. Bhd.
2. A registered lead may be disqualified if:
  1. The lead information is incomplete or incorrect; OR
  2. The lead is found not to require an eProcurement solution; OR
  3. The referred company is not a Fresh Lead, defined as already being registered earlier by another party, or being an existing V-Work customer or prospect.
3. The referrer will receive a registration acknowledgement email from V-Work.company or WeManage.Cloud regarding whether the submitted lead was successfully qualified.
4. The validity of any registered and qualified lead tied to the referrer’s name is 12 months from the date of lead entry (referral form submission date).
5. A qualified lead may be disqualified as referral sales and entered into a lucky draw if:
  1. The lead is not a Fresh Lead; OR
  2. The lead is lost to the competition; OR
  3. The lead opts for a monthly SaaS subscription plan instead of an annual plan; OR
  4. The lead does not conclude with a sales order within 12 months of the referral submission.
6. V-Work employees and their immediate family members are not entitled to participate in the referral program, and are not eligible for referral fees or entries to the lucky draw.
Referral Fee
1. The referral fee is a percentage of the lead’s first-year annual subscription fee (before tax) subscribed by the lead account
  1. If the lead account subscribes within 6 months of the referral form being submitted, the referral fee is 10%.
  2. If the lead account subscribes within 12 months of the referral form being submitted, the referral fee is 5%.
2. The referral fee is a one-off payment (first-year subscription) inclusive of any applicable tax.
  1. However, if the lead account subscribes to a bespoke implementation with several payment milestones, the referral fee will be paid out back-to-back upon payment of each milestone by the customer, or lumped into 2 pay-outs at the discretion of V-Work Sdn Bhd.
3. The referral fee will be paid out to the registered referrer’s company or personal bank account, via online banking.

Lucky Draw
1. In the event that a lead was unsuccessful, the referrer shall be entitled to 1 entry to the annual Referral Program Lucky Draw per unique lead (organization with contact details). An unsuccessful lead is defined as:
  1. genuine lead that requires eProcurement, but was disqualified due to not being a Fresh Lead; OR
  2. qualified, but was lost to the competition.
  3. qualified, but opted for a SaaS monthly plan instead of an annual plan within 12 months of referral; OR
  4. qualified, but still pending for sales closure by 31st December in the year the lead was submitted.
2. Referrers are allowed to accumulate multiple entries to the annual referral program lucky draw.
3. The entry period for each annual referral program lucky draw is from 1st January to 31st December of each year, beginning in 2023. The entry date for each lucky draw entry is the referral submission date. E.g. for a referral that was submitted in June 2023, which expires in June 2024, the referral will be entered into the lucky draw for the year 2023.
4. The diagram below illustrates an example of how the lucky draw entry dates will be calculated.
General
1. V-Work reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the referrer. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be updated on V-Work's website and communicated to referrers with active leads through email on a quarterly basis. The decision of V-Work on all matters relating to or in connection with the Referral Program is final.
2. V-Work reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer from participation in the Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws.
3. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, social media posts, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Referral Program, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
